30/10/89 "Archie" is a 18hh Dark Bay Holsteiner stallion, delightful to own as his nature is so gentle and calm.  This character traitr he passes on to his progeny with his size, colour, neck and head.  You can spot his foals by their presence.  He has sired competition winning foals (Saladin, Shalom final group in this years Young Horse of the Year Show at Pine lodge, and Sundown), led class winning foals (Solo and Starshine) and beautiful broodmares (ShyLibby and ShyLeibling).  He is still ridden, a gentle ride, but his competition days are over due to a nearside rear leg injury.  He has produced stunning foals to outside mares of the right calibre and should continue to do so for some time to come.  There are few stallions of his size and agility producing proven winners.
