29/9/98.  A 5yr old Dark Bay gelding by H.P. Liberarchi out of Bicentennial Lea.   At 16hh he is the smallest of "Archie's" foals, unlike his full brother Shambala Sundown at 17.2hh.  He makes up in temperament and willingness for his lack of height.  He is doing flatwork and is to the shoulder in, half pass stage.  He has a bold nature for jumping, good bascule and will make his mark as an all rounder or eventer.   Saracen was used as a temporary school horse by an instructor for a young novice rider.
